Reiki and Crystal Healing

Reiki is a dynamic energy healing modality originally from Japan. It can help with a specific area of your body or be used for an overall energetic alignment. I use a multi-modality approach by combining it with a chakra reading, crystal layout, and full-body Reiki session to move stuck energy and rebalance your meridians. You might experience pressure or sensation during this treatment. It is a light or no-touch session that can be done in-person or remotely.
